    I was expecting a bit more


    The case is generally a pretty lightweight affair with little in the way of support or rigidity. The panels are also a little on the cheap side with plastic Neutrik XLR,s which have PCB type contacts on the rear and are going to be difficult to solder. The switch holes on the front panel will need some filing to make them large enough for the switch pushbuttons. The black lettering on the front panel is patchy. I havent tried to assemble it yet but it looks fairly straightforward with only a few screws holding it together. It is a DIY project so I guess you must expect a DIY case.
