This shaft Adapter was made by Don-Audio for Elma Type 04 standard switches and 6mm shaft knobs which must be controlled by a switch or potentiometer that has a 4mm inch shaft. The Shaft Adapter is an aluminum adaptor with a cut-out for the screw.
