for these PVC jacketed lines are simply suitable for all kinds of indoor and outdoor installations (surface and flush mounting) as long as they are not exposed to direct sunlight. The wires are colour-coded according to VDE 0293 and stranded in layers. These leads comply with the EC Low-Voltage Directive EWG93/68/ or EWG73/23 resp. The NYM-J lines have an additional green-yellow protective earth conductor.
